Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of conference registration must be made by sending an email to the Conference Secretariat at ezyfjamshedpur@gmail.com. Kindly mention your Registration Number in the subject line. The cancellation request must be sent from the same email ID used for registration.
- Cancellation requests received on or before 31st October 2026: 50% of the Base Registration Fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests received from 1st November 2026 to 10th December 2026: 25% of the Base Registration Fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests received on or after 10th December 2026: No refund will be applicable.
- GST and applicable payment gateway/convenience charges are non-refundable.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 45 days after the completion of the conference and will be credited to the original mode of payment. The date and time stamp of the cancellation email received by the Conference Secretariat shall be considered the official date of cancellation.
